Is the payment confirmation my entry ticket?
No. The payment confirmation only shows that your order was received and paid. Entry tickets, vouchers or meeting instructions are sent separately by email.
When will my tickets arrive?
Most confirmations are prepared after the booking details are reviewed. Please check your inbox, spam and promotions folders.
Can I book for today?
Same-day requests depend on monument capacity and guide availability.
Where do tours start?
Most visits begin near Sagrada Familia courtyard, next to the Sagrada Familia.
Do children need tickets?
Yes. Children must be included in the reservation.
Can I add youth, child or infant tickets?
Yes. Select the correct traveler type in the booking widget so the total matches the selected ticket mix.
Why do prices differ by traveler type?
Some experiences have different adult, youth, child or infant prices. The total is calculated from the prices shown in the booking widget.
Can I change the date after payment?
Voluntary changes depend on supplier availability and the published cancellation and refund policy.
What happens if a visit cannot be delivered?
If VALOR TOUR LLC cannot deliver the purchased service, the team will contact you and handle the case under the published policy.
Why can prices be higher than face value?
Prices can include ticket sourcing, booking management, customer support, supplier coordination and payment processing.
Do I need traveler names?
Yes for most Sagrada Familia, Sagrada Familia products. Enter the same full names that should be attached to the booking.
